Instagram and Messenger

Answer direct messages to your Facebook Page and Instagram account.

  1. Link your Instagram professional account to your Facebook Page.
  2. In a Meta for Developers app, add Messenger (and Instagram), and generate a Page access token with pages_messaging (and instagram_manage_messages).
  3. In Channels, enter the Page ID, Page access token and app secret.
  4. In the Meta app, set the webhook callback URL and verify token from the dashboard and subscribe to messages.
