Free during launch
CustomerReplies is free during launch, so there's nothing to refund for the product itself.
At-cost balance
Unused at-cost balance (for add-ons such as Claude or speech) is refunded on request: email [email protected]. Amounts already used for third-party services aren't refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through Razorpay or Stripe to the original method, usually within 5 to 7 working days. GST is reversed with a credit note.
