Switch from Chatbase
Bring your Chatbase bot over in about 5 minutes
Paste your site, your Chatbase instructions and a Q&A export. CustomerReplies sets up the agent; you test it side by side, then swap one script tag.
- Your website is read and kept up to date weekly.
- Your old instructions carry over as the agent's instructions.
- Any CSV of questions and answers: you pick which column is which.
- Nothing changes on your site until you replace the snippet.
- Free during launch; you pay only third-party costs, at cost.
