AI models sometimes invent plausible URLs on your own domain. We check every answer before it's shown.
Link guard
A link stays in an answer only if it appears in the agent's sources (or is your home page). Anything else is removed and the answer's confidence drops.
Fact guard
Prices, phone numbers and emails in an answer must appear in the passages it cites or in what the customer said. If not, the answer is marked low confidence and lands in your answer-gap report.
