Per outcome
Fin costs $0.99 per outcome. Intercom's page counts an outcome when the customer “stops asking for help after Fin responds”, so a customer who simply leaves can count.
Seats on top
Intercom seats start at $19 per person a month billed yearly ($29 monthly) on Essential, $85 on Advanced and $132 on Expert. Using Fin with another helpdesk has a monthly minimum.
