Plans
Hobby $40 a month ($32 billed yearly) with 700 message credits and 1 agent; Standard $150 ($120) with 4,000 credits; Pro $500 ($400) with 15,000 credits. No free plan; a 7-day trial.
Add-ons
Extra credits $40 per 1,000; extra agents $300 a year each; removing the Chatbase branding $1,188 a year; extra storage $300 a year per 10 MB. Training data is capped at 40 MB on every plan.
What's only on higher plans
The helpdesk inbox, voice, the API and automatic re-sync start on Standard; source suggestions and tickets as a source on Pro; SSO, audit logs and white-label on Enterprise.
